PriusParts.lt delivers orders throughout Lithuania. For delivery to other European countries, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery in Lithuania
In Lithuania, orders are delivered via Venipak and DPD parcel lockers, pickup points and couriers.
The usual delivery time within Lithuania is 2–4 business days from receipt of payment.
Delivery Methods in Lithuania
- Venipak parcel locker / pickup point – your order is delivered to the Venipak parcel locker or pickup point selected during checkout. Once the parcel is ready for collection, you will receive a notification with the necessary pickup information.
- DPD parcel locker / pickup point – your order is delivered to the DPD parcel locker or pickup point selected during checkout. You will be notified using the contact details provided in your order once the parcel is ready for collection.
- Venipak courier – the parcel is delivered directly to the address provided in your order. You will receive information about the planned delivery before the parcel arrives.
- DPD courier – the parcel is delivered directly to the address provided in your order. DPD will notify you about the expected delivery.
The delivery methods available for your specific order and their prices are shown automatically in the shopping cart and during checkout.
International Delivery
Automatic delivery outside Lithuania is currently not enabled in our online store.
If you would like to order products for delivery to another European country, please contact us before placing your order. We will check the available delivery options and price individually based on the destination country, parcel size and weight.
Delivery Price
The delivery price is calculated automatically during checkout and depends on the selected delivery method, delivery address, parcel size and weight.
If a parcel locker is not suitable for a particular order due to the size or other characteristics of the products, only courier delivery may be available.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier, you will receive information about the shipment and, where applicable, a tracking number or tracking link.
Registered customers can also view shipment information in their PriusParts.lt account under the relevant order details.
Important Information
Delivery times are calculated from the date payment is received. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the stated business-day delivery period.
In some cases, delivery may take longer due to carrier workload, holiday periods, weather conditions, product supply times or other circumstances beyond our control.
Receiving Your Parcel
We recommend checking the external condition of the package when receiving your shipment. If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, please inform the courier or carrier and, where possible, take photographs of the damage.
