Deleting your account and personal data

This page explains how to delete your PriusParts.lt account and the personal data associated with it. These instructions also apply to accounts created using Google or Facebook Login.

Deleting data while logged in

Logged-in users can review their personal data and submit a correction or deletion request in the “GDPR – Personal Data” section of their account.

  1. Log in to your PriusParts.lt account.
  2. Open the “GDPR – Personal Data” section.
  3. Submit a request to correct or delete your personal data.

If you cannot log in

If you are unable to access your account, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to info@priusparts.lt .

Please include:

  • “Account deletion” in the email subject;
  • the email address used for your account;
  • confirmation that you want your PriusParts.lt account and data deleted.

What data will be deleted?

After the request has been verified, we will delete the customer account and the personal data associated with it. This includes the name, surname, email address and account identifier received through Google or Facebook Login.

Information that we are legally required to retain for accounting, tax or other regulatory purposes may be stored for the period required by applicable law.

Processing your request

We may ask you to verify that you are the owner of the account. We will notify you by email when the request has been completed.
