PriusParts.lt does not store full payment card details where payment is processed through an external payment service provider.
PriusParts.lt does not receive or store your Google or Facebook password. OAuth access and identity tokens are used only to complete and verify the sign-in process and are not stored in the PriusParts.lt social identity database after authentication.
4. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
Account Creation and Administration
We use your personal data to create and administer your account, save addresses, display your order history and provide other account-related functionality.
Legal basis: performance of a contract or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Social Login with Google or Facebook
If you choose “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Facebook”, we use the information returned by the selected provider to authenticate you and, where applicable, create or link your PriusParts.lt customer account.
For this purpose, we process:
- the selected login provider;
- the unique user identifier assigned by that provider;
- your first name and last name;
- your email address returned by the provider (for Google login, the module requires the email address to be verified by Google).
We do not use social login to publish content to your Google or Facebook account, access your contacts, read your private messages or obtain information unrelated to authentication.
Legal basis: performance of a contract or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Social login is optional, and you may instead create or use a PriusParts.lt account with an email address and password.

- account data is retained while you use your account or until you request its deletion, except for information we are required to retain by law;
- the link between your PriusParts.lt account and your Google or Facebook identity is retained while the relevant social login remains linked to an active account, or until the account or link is deleted, unless retention is required by law;
- order, invoice and accounting information is retained for the period required by applicable law;
- information relating to warranty claims or disputes may be retained for as long as necessary to resolve the matter and establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
- newsletter subscription information is retained until you withdraw your consent;
- cookie and analytics information is retained according to the applicable cookie or service retention period.
Once the applicable retention period expires, personal data is deleted or anonymised, unless we are required by law to retain it for a longer period.
