  • from Google LLC or Meta Platforms Ireland Limited when you choose the relevant social login option and authorise the requested information to be shared with us.

If you provide personal data relating to another person, for example by specifying a different recipient for a shipment, you must ensure that you have the right to provide that person's data to us.

3. Personal Data We Process

Depending on which PriusParts.lt services you use, we may process the following personal data:

  • first and last name;
  • email address;
  • telephone number;
  • delivery and billing address;
  • company name, company registration number and VAT number if you purchase on behalf of a company;
  • account information;
  • the social login provider you used (Google or Facebook), the provider-specific unique account identifier, your first name, last name and email address returned by that provider;
  • the date and time when you acknowledged the Privacy Policy during social registration and the version of the Privacy Policy acknowledged;
  • order and purchase history;
  • selected delivery method and shipment information;
  • payment information and payment status;
  • correspondence with us;
  • information provided in connection with returns or warranty service;
  • IP address, device and browser information;
  • website usage and analytics data where your consent is required and has been obtained;
  • your cookie preferences.

PriusParts.lt does not store full payment card details where payment is processed through an external payment service provider.

PriusParts.lt does not receive or store your Google or Facebook password. OAuth access and identity tokens are used only to complete and verify the sign-in process and are not stored in the PriusParts.lt social identity database after authentication.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

Account Creation and Administration

We use your personal data to create and administer your account, save addresses, display your order history and provide other account-related functionality.

Legal basis: performance of a contract or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Social Login with Google or Facebook

If you choose “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Facebook”, we use the information returned by the selected provider to authenticate you and, where applicable, create or link your PriusParts.lt customer account.

For this purpose, we process:

  • the selected login provider;
  • the unique user identifier assigned by that provider;
  • your first name and last name;
  • your email address returned by the provider (for Google login, the module requires the email address to be verified by Google).

We do not use social login to publish content to your Google or Facebook account, access your contacts, read your private messages or obtain information unrelated to authentication.

Legal basis: performance of a contract or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Social login is optional, and you may instead create or use a PriusParts.lt account with an email address and password.

Order Processing

We use your personal data to:

  • accept and administer your order;
  • confirm payment;
  • dispatch products;
  • inform you about the status of your order;
  • process returns and refunds;
  • provide warranty service;
  • resolve issues relating to your order.

In particular, the use of Google or Facebook login may involve the processing of data by Google or Meta group companies and their service providers outside the European Economic Area. The relevant provider is responsible for the safeguards applicable to processing carried out within its own service.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

We do not retain personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or for longer than required by applicable law.

The following general principles apply:

  • account data is retained while you use your account or until you request its deletion, except for information we are required to retain by law;
  • the link between your PriusParts.lt account and your Google or Facebook identity is retained while the relevant social login remains linked to an active account, or until the account or link is deleted, unless retention is required by law;
  • order, invoice and accounting information is retained for the period required by applicable law;
  • information relating to warranty claims or disputes may be retained for as long as necessary to resolve the matter and establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
  • newsletter subscription information is retained until you withdraw your consent;
  • cookie and analytics information is retained according to the applicable cookie or service retention period.

Once the applicable retention period expires, personal data is deleted or anonymised, unless we are required by law to retain it for a longer period.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • receive information about the processing of your personal data;
  • access the personal data we process about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • request deletion of your personal data where provided for by applicable law;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to processing in certain circumstances;

  • withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on your consent.

When logged in to your PriusParts.lt account, you may also use the “GDPR – Personal data” section to download certain data relating to your account in CSV or PDF format.

You may revoke PriusParts.lt access in your Google or Facebook account settings. Revoking access prevents future social login through that provider but does not automatically delete your PriusParts.lt account, order records or other data that we are legally required to retain.

If you cannot log in, you may submit a request from the email address associated with your account to info@priusparts.lt. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before acting on the request.
