MEAT & DORIA 76385 Electric Fuel Pump - Toyota Prius II 1.5 Hybrid

The MEAT & DORIA 76385 electric fuel pump is a fuel pump core (motor) designed to be installed inside the fuel tank, within the existing fuel pump module. The pump supplies fuel to the engine fuel system and provides 3.5 bar pressure with a flow rate of 90 l/h.

This model is designed for Multi Point Injection (MPI) fuel injection systems and can be used for the Toyota Prius II (XW20) 1.5 Hybrid, as well as other vehicles requiring a fuel pump with matching specifications.

Fuel Pump Replacement

As the fuel pump is installed inside the fuel tank, all necessary safety precautions must be followed when replacing it. The work should be carried out in a well-ventilated area, away from open flames and sources of sparks.

Before starting the replacement, disconnect the 12 V battery and relieve the fuel system pressure according to the vehicle manufacturer's service instructions.

Access to the fuel pump module is generally obtained by removing the rear seat and protective cover. Disconnect the electrical connector and fuel lines before removing the module. Once removed, the old fuel pump motor can be replaced with the MEAT & DORIA 76385, followed by reconnecting the electrical wiring and fuel hoses.

After reassembly, make sure that all sealing components are correctly positioned and check the system carefully for any fuel leaks.
